When you contact Three Design by email, the personal data processed may include your name, email address, message content, and details about a product, variant, quantity, delivery, or other subject of the enquiry.

This website does not use a contact form, user accounts, analytics cookies, or marketing cookies.

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, handle order requests, check product availability, arrange delivery where applicable, and manage a possible customer relationship.

For general enquiries, the legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to messages and managing customer communication.

For order requests, the legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, and where an order is placed, performance of a contract.

Messages are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the matter, manage a possible customer relationship, comply with accounting or legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Personal data is not regularly disclosed to third parties. The email service provider may process personal data as a technical service provider.

Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to access personal data held about you, and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing.

These rights apply where Three Design holds or otherwise processes personal data about you. If no related personal data is held, there may be no data to provide, correct, erase, or restrict.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully. In Finland, the relevant authority is the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
